DESS in Economics and Local Development, and holder of a University Certificate in Research on Health Systems (CU-RSS), School of Public Health / Free University of Brussels, Senior Expert (World Bank, BIT, UNICEF, UNOPS, etc.) on issues of extending health coverage to the poorest, setting up social safety net programs, Unified Social Registers (RSU). 27 years of practical experience in the fight against poverty, including more than 10 years in support of social safety nets and health coverage programs in West and Central Africa
