PEVIK-CONSULTING uses flexible methods that are adapted to each field of intervention, while respecting the principles and rules of ethics. It also takes into account the orientations in terms of health policies and strategies of each client.

Within the framework of health policies, PEVIK-CONSULTING proceeds by designing and evaluating the effectiveness of existing policies and programs, but also the efficiency of the organization and management of health organizations and their operational structures. This aims to improve performance in order to achieve effective results.

The company offers its clients a modular trilogy of services called DEP (Diagnosis/Evaluation/Preconization). This iterative service mode can continue until the completion of a short or medium-term assistance or support mission (6 months to 2 years). An assistance or support mission consists first of all in setting up and respecting a dashboard and designing a manual of adequate procedures. It can also lead to the development of relevant budgetary frameworks and human resources management mechanisms adapted to the organization.

For advice in organizational development of health structures, PEVIK-CONSULTING proceeds with strategic diagnoses and proposes decision support tools, without forgetting operational interventions in particular:
